At a glance
Most orders deliver in 24–96 hours after payment clears and a complete brief is in — quick edits in 24–48h, larger kits in 72–96h.
You always get a preview before final files. Everything is digital (PNG/JPG, plus source where included) — nothing is shipped.
The delivery clock pauses while we wait on your feedback or missing brief details.
PostFuse is a digital design service — social media graphics, ad creatives, banners, and content packs. Final files are delivered by email, download link, or client portal after payment is confirmed and the required order details have been provided. Nothing physical is shipped.
Delivery methods
Final files are sent to the delivery email on your order, or made available through a download link or your client-portal order record. Where editable source files (such as Canva or Figma) are included in your package or added as an add-on, access details are provided alongside the exported images.
When the delivery clock starts
Each package lists a typical delivery window. The clock starts once both of the following are true:
- Your payment has been confirmed, and
- We have received a complete brief — instructions, text, brand assets, and any reference materials your order needs.
Typical delivery timelines
Delivery time depends on package size, order complexity, revision requests, and how quickly you respond to previews. As a guide:
- Quick edits (single change to an existing design) — usually 24–48 hours.
- Single posts and small packs (1–2 graphics) — usually 48 hours.
- Mid-size packs (3–5 graphics) — usually 48–72 hours.
- Larger packs and kits (5–10 graphics, mini kits, promo packs) — usually 72–96 hours.
- Priority orders — produced at the front of the queue, usually 48–72 hours even at larger sizes.
- Monthly Social Bundle — deliveries are spread across the month on a schedule agreed when the order is confirmed.
Custom-volume or unusually complex orders may need a longer timeline, which we confirm with you before invoicing. Urgent delivery may be available as an add-on, workload permitting.
What you receive
- Platform-ready PNG and/or JPG graphics at full resolution, sized for the platforms in your brief.
- Editable source files on packages or add-ons that include them.
- A payment receipt tied to your order's invoice reference.
- A delivery confirmation recording the date and time your files were sent.
What counts as delivered
An order is considered delivered once the final files have been sent to the delivery email on your order or made available through your download link or client portal, and the delivery has been logged with a timestamp on your order record. If a delivery email bounces or a link is reported as broken, we re-send promptly — that does not change the original delivery status once the issue is corrected.
Previews and revisions
Before final delivery you receive a preview of your graphics. Revisions are applied according to your selected package, and the final files are exported once you approve the preview. Time spent waiting for your feedback on a preview is not counted against the stated delivery window. See the Refund Policy for how revisions relate to refunds.
Customer-caused delays
Customers are responsible for providing accurate instructions, text, brand assets, and reference materials. Delays caused by any of the following are outside our stated delivery window:
- An incomplete brief or missing text, logos, or references.
- An incorrect or unmonitored delivery email.
- Slow responses to preview or clarification requests.
- Scope changes requested after design work has started.
Delivery problems
If files do not arrive, first check your spam folder and confirm the delivery email on your order is correct. You can check progress any time on the Order Status page. If anything is still wrong, contact us with your PF- order ID and we will re-send your files promptly.
