Refund Policy
Because every order is custom digital work, refund eligibility depends on timing. Please read this before ordering.

At a glance
Full refund any time before design work begins — just ask with your PF- order ID.
Once a draft or preview exists, we resolve concerns with your included revisions first; partial refunds reflect the work already done.
Delivered final files are generally non-refundable — but if a file is wrong against your brief, we'd rather fix it than leave you stuck.
Refunds may be available before design work begins. Once design work, previews, drafts, or final files have been created, refund eligibility depends on the amount of work completed. Because this is a custom digital service, completed and delivered files are generally not refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Before design work begins
If you have paid but design work on your order has not started, you are eligible for a full refund. Simply contact us with your PF- order ID and ask to cancel. We confirm the cancellation and issue the refund — no questions needed.
After design work begins
Once design work has started and a draft or preview exists, the work is custom and made specifically for your order. At that point we assess refund requests based on how much of the order has been completed:
- If only early drafts exist, a partial refund may be offered, reflecting the work already done.
- If most of the order has been designed or previews have been approved, we first resolve concerns through your included revisions rather than a refund.
- For multi-asset packs, undelivered assets may be assessed separately from assets already designed or delivered.
Completed and delivered orders
Orders marked Delivered or Completed — where final files (and source files, where included) have been sent — are generally not refundable. If something about a delivered file is wrong against the agreed brief, contact us: we would much rather fix it than leave you with files you cannot use.
Revisions come first
- Each package includes a defined revision allowance.
- You receive a preview before final delivery so changes can be requested at the right moment.
- Revisions cover refinements to the agreed brief — not a brand-new concept or a change of campaign after work has started. Bigger changes can be quoted as an add-on or a new order.
Monthly Social Bundle orders
The Monthly Social Bundle is a one-off order reordered each month — there is no automatic renewal or subscription billing, so there is nothing to cancel between months. Within an active bundle, assets not yet started may be eligible for a partial refund; assets already designed or delivered follow the rules above.
If we miss our committed turnaround
If a delivery runs late for reasons on our side — not an incomplete brief or slow feedback — tell usand we'll make it right: we move your order to the front of the queue, and where a delay is significant we offer a partial refund or a fair discount.
What is generally not refundable
- Delivered digital files, final or source.
- Orders marked Delivered or Completed.
- Delays caused by an incomplete brief, missing assets, or unresponsive communication on the customer side.
- Change of mind after files have been delivered.
How to request a refund
Email support@postfuse.agency or use the contact form and include your PF- order ID and the reason for your request. We review every request against the work completed and reply with the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Talk to us first
If anything about your order or billing does not look right, please contact us before raising it with your payment provider. Almost every concern is resolved quickly with a revision, a re-send, or a refund where one is due — and going direct is always the fastest route to a fix.
