1. The service
“PostFuse” is the trading name of an independent, owner-operated digital design studio based in India. PostFuse provides custom digital design — social media graphics, ad creatives, banners, profile and header graphics, and content design packs. This is a digital service, not a physical product. No physical goods are produced or shipped.
2. Ordering and payment
Orders are placed through the order form (or agreed by email after a conversation on Discord or Reddit). Every order receives a unique PF- order ID and is paid through a PayPal invoice or checkout link before design work begins. All prices are listed per package in US dollars (USD); custom work and add-ons are quoted before payment. By placing an order, you agree to the selected package, its delivery and revision terms, and the policies linked from this page.
The Monthly Social Bundle is a standalone one-off order that customers reorder each month — there is no automatic renewal and no subscription billing, and we do not store your payment details.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate instructions, text, brand assets, and reference materials so we can design what you actually need.
- Ensure you own or have permission to use any logos, images, text, fonts, or brand assets you supply.
- Respond to previews in good time so delivery stays on schedule.
- Use a valid email address for delivery and invoicing.
4. Revisions and scope
Each package includes a defined revision allowance. Revisions refine the agreed brief — a new concept, a changed campaign, or work beyond the original brief may require an add-on or a new order, quoted before any extra work begins. Details are in the Refund Policy.
5. Delivery
Final files are delivered digitally — by email, download link, or client portal — after payment is confirmed and a complete brief is received. Typical timelines, what counts as delivered, and how delays are handled are set out in the Delivery Policy.
6. License and intellectual property
- Upon full payment and delivery, the final files are licensed to you for use in your own marketing, social channels, advertising, and business content.
- You warrant that any assets you supply do not infringe the rights of others; you remain responsible for the content you ask us to include.
- We will notpublish your finished work as a public sample without your permission. Demonstration pieces shown on our site are labelled “Sample design”.
- Until an order is paid in full, drafts and previews remain the property of PostFuse and may not be used or reproduced.
7. Prohibited content
We may decline, pause, or stop work on orders that involve illegal content, misleading or deceptive claims, impersonation of a person or brand, hateful or harassing material, or content that infringes the rights of others. If we decline an order before work begins, the payment is refunded in full.
8. Refunds and cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on how much design work has been completed. Full details, including how to request a refund, are in the Refund Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
We deliver design work to a professional standard but do not guarantee specific outcomes such as engagement, reach, follower growth, or ad performance, as these depend on many factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
10. Platform independence
PostFuse designs graphics for social platforms but is an independent studio — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, X (Twitter), Facebook, Discord, LinkedIn, or any other platform.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing region
These terms, and any order placed under them, are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your own country.
